Dr. Pankaj M. Kaingade is a reproductive biologist, Consultant Embryologist, stem cell researcher, academician, and entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART), reproductive biology, embryology, and translational fertility research.

He is the Founder & CEO of ReproHelix Labs, a research-driven ecosystem focused on reproductive sciences, academics, innovation, fertility diagnostics, and advanced fertility solutions. He currently serves as the Scientific & Laboratory Director at Somshekhar IVF and Orchid Fertility Centre and works as a Senior Consultant Embryologist with multiple IVF centres across the region.

In academia, Dr. Kaingade serves as:
